Delivery is Fast and Free throughout Ireland when you spend over €120.00(ex Vat).
For orders below this value there is a small charge of €3
.99 (ex vat).
All orders are processed as soon as they are received. If items are in stock, orders will be delivered next working day.

Orders placed before 5.00 p.m on Fridays
will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Orders placed after this time or during the weekend, will require an additional 24 to 48hrs for delivery.
Large or bulky items such as furniture normally require additional delivery time, but you will be advised of this when you place your order. Any items not in stock will be delivered free of charge as soon as we receive them.
Please note that certain items, such as furniture and bespoke products, may require a slightly longer delivery time and may incur a higher delivery charge. You will be kept informed of an exact delivery date. Selected items within the furniture ranges are self assembly. This will be noted in each items description.

Certain products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside our control. If your products are not immediately available, we will advise you of the delay and give you an estimated date of delivery. You can also choose to cancel the backorder if you would rather not wait.

Returns Information

Every item you order, large or small, is guaranteed. Your satisfaction is important to us.
If your item is damaged, please email us or call us + 353 61 351181 w
ithin 24 hours of receipt of goods. We will arrange to collect the items and a replacement will be delivered to you as soon as possible. Please include full details of the problem along with the relevant invoice number.
Some items are non returnable including Food & Beverage products, software licensing etc. All relevant items contain details of this in their description

Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.

Should we receive no response from our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified.

If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder and either credit your credit card or, if you are an account customer, you will not be invoiced.
